News and Photo Agreement, Waiver, and Release (the “Agreement”)
For valuable consideration given, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned does hereby grant, agree, permit, and consent to the Warrenton Hunt, Inc., its assigns, employees, licensees, successors in interest, and legal representatives (collectively, the “Warrenton Hunt”) having the irrevocable right to (i) use, take or have taken, still and moving photographs, pictures, portraits, images, movies, films or other media files or forms (collectively, “Media”) of the below named Minor (defined below) and/or myself, and (ii) use my name, the Minor’s name, and such Media in all forms and in all manners, for all lawful purposes, including but not limited to, advertising, website use, trade, promotion, exhibition, and/or to promote and provide education and instructions on fox hunting, hounds, horses, or other related activities. The undersigned further waives on my behalf and/or the behalf of such Minor any right to inspect or approve the Media or finished version(s) incorporating the Media, including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith. The undersigned agrees on my behalf and/or the behalf of such Minor that the Warrenton Hunt owns the copyright in any Media used, and hereby waives any claims the undersigned and/or Minor may have based on any usage of the Media or any works or products derived there from, including but not limited to, claims for either invasion of privacy or libel. The undersigned agrees on my behalf and/or the behalf of such Minor that the above agreements, waivers, and releases shall be binding on me, the Minor and my/the Minor’s legal representatives, heirs, successors in interest, and assigns. I have read this News and Photo Agreement, Waiver, and Release and am fully familiar with its contents and hereby agree to the terms of such Agreement.
